The citizen of Sri Lanka was working in the city of Sialkot in the province of Punjab of Pakistan. He must have come here to a foreign land with a vision to enhance and groom his own life, and to support his family and with lots of dreams and aspirations. Sialkot is a city of the Eastern Part of Punjab that borders the State of Azad Jammu and Kashmir that is under the soft supervision of the Government of Pakistan till the United Nations passed a resolution to a half plebiscite in the whole Jammu and Kashmir to allow the People of Kashmir, to decide their fate unite with either Pakistan, India or to be an independent state with a closer confederation with any of the neighboring states are made possible.
Sialkot is known for the export of the highest quality football, sports items, handmade carpets, furniture, and many other items that are worldwide loved and ordered. It is one of the main export hubs of Pakistan, and here many foreigners come to work on good salary packages, and for other benefits.
Sri Lankan Citizen Back to Homeland |
Sri Lanka has always been a land of very soft, sweet, and politically and religiously neutral people. most of the people of Sri Lanka either follow the Christian religion or are Buddhists. But they don't intervene in world politics, and try to live in their own ways. They try hard to be independent and do lots of charity works like the biggest eye donors in the world, and the most educated population in the entire region.
The recent incident of Sialkot where a Senior Manager at the local factory named Priyantha Kumara, a 48 years old man who was popularly killed by the general public or the workers of the factory over blasphemy issue. The real incident happened due to what reason is still under investigation, and under the court of law. So, it is too early and too unwise to pass any verdict by me or any of the common people of Pakistan. The same applies to the international community that highly raises the issues of legal and humanitarian rights.
The initial reports and cellphone and video footages show us a man trying to protect the deceased in the red jacket. The blasphemy act was happened as per the voice of the people when the manager sheared and tore apart some poster where some sacred Durood Sharif was written and might be commented bad. But, the later investigations have taken another turn that the factory owner, who is an influential person of the ruling government of Imran Khan was angry with the guy, and asked his special guards to beat or murder him. He was the person who asked to ask his paid workers to scream out loud the slogan of another popular religious-based political party named Tahreek Labaik Pakistan (TLP).
It was a deliberate effort to put a crime that was done with a heinous mindset, and then to defame a party that is highly vocal about the Blasphemy Laws on National and International Levels. There is another twist in the tale as like in the past our enemy states and agencies other countries are trying hard, to isolate Pakistan, with a label and extremists and radical extremist state.
So, the paid agents and the traitors who can do anything for money and other benefits are no lesser present in Pakistan. So, the whole incident of brutal killing, and then burning of a person might be a big drama to create a bad image of Pakistan, Islam and the attitude of Muslims. Just a food for thought for all desi liberals and seculars who are also paid agents, and continuously speaking against Islam and Pakistan after this sad incident. It is a mark of the law and order situation that is not properly governed by the ruling party of Pakistan Tehreek Insaaf (PTI) for sure.
